The use of the Extension is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of the GTUs contained herein, as well as any other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by us.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use or access the Extension. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these GTUs by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check our website for changes.

By continuing to access or use the Extension after the posting of modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not consent to the new terms, please stop using the Extension.

🆓 FREE USE, BETA, AND PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

By accepting these GTUs, you also consent to the automatic creation of an IceWriter account for you, using the necessary information for this purpose, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

As a user of the Extension in beta and free version, you acknowledge that the Extension is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, and other problems. You agree that your use of the Extension is at your own risk and without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice or liability to you.

If you choose to subscribe to a paid version of the Extension, you will receive a certain number of IceWriter credits and will be able to access new features, in accordance with the terms of your subscription. Subscription payment will be made via Stripe and will be recurring according to the chosen periodicity (monthly or annually).

Your feedback and suggestions about the Extension are welcome, but we are not obligated to implement them. You also agree that, since the Extension is in beta and/or paid version, we may collect information about your use of the Extension in order to improve and optimize its functioning. All feedback, suggestions, and data you provide remain our exclusive property.

💳 PAYMENT AND RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION

Payment for the paid subscription to the Extension will be charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the terms of your subscription. Billing will be processed by Stripe. It is your responsibility to provide valid payment information and to update any information necessary for payment processing. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel them before the renewal date. No refunds will be granted for unused periods.

🚀 USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of the Extension, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Extension in an abusive, illegal, or unethical manner. Any inappropriate use of the Extension may result in the termination of your access to the Extension at our sole discretion.

❌ PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

As a user of the Extension, you agree not to:

Use the Extension for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

Attempt to decode, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.

Use the Extension in a manner that could damage, disable, overload, or compromise our servers or networks.

Use the Extension to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.

Share or redistribute any part of the Extension without our prior written consent.

Use robots, spiders, or other automated means to access the Extension or collect information for unauthorized purposes.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Extension, at our sole discretion, and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liabilities.

By using the Extension, you consent to all actions taken by us regarding your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we, our affiliates, partners, agents, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Extension; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension; (iii) any content obtained from the Extension; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose. Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Extension is to cease using the Extension. This limitation of liability is an essential part of these GTUs and access to the Extension would not be granted to you without such limitation.

❗ CANCELLATION

You may stop using the Extension at any time and without notice. Similarly, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these GTUs or if your use of the Extension could harm our interests, the interests of another user, or for any other reason at our discretion. In the event of termination, suspension, or deactivation of your access to the Extension, you remain bound by the sections of the GTUs that, by their nature, should survive termination, including, without limitation, warranties and limitations of liability.
